Billurkent Bodrum - Transportation

- By air :
There are many airline companies having regular flights to Istanbul, Izmir and Antalya. Direkt flights to Bodrum are made by local airline companies. Newly opened Bodrum-Milas airport is 40 km away from city center. Flight takes around 1 hour from Istanbul to Bodrum.

- By highway :
There are many alternative ways to come to Bodrum via highway. Once you can go to Bandırma through ferry with a 1 hour 45 minute journey, then respectively to Balıkesir, Manisa, İzmir, Sökle, Milas and reach finally to Bodrum. It is about 700 km between Istanbul and Bodrum.

There are many Bus firms having regular travels to Bodrum. Travelling via Bus is much more economical and comfortable via ar conditioned buses as well.

Bus ticket fares change in accordance with the bus firm’s quality and standarts. Trip to Bodrum takes 10 hours from Istanbul and 4 hours from İzmir.
